Helpful info before you order

What’s Included

  • Full buffet line setup with warmers, chafing trays, and serving utensils

Delivery & Collection

  • We deliver daily between 8:00am and 8:00pm

  • Delivery is S$70 per location, waived for orders above S$1,200

  • Our team will arrive 30–60 minutes before your event to set up

  • Do allow a 15–30 minute buffer in case of traffic or parking delays—we’ll keep you posted

  • Please ensure someone is available on-site to receive the setup

  • Collection will be arranged before 10:00pm, or earlier depending on your event timing

  • If delivery or collection falls outside our operating hours, additional charges may apply

  • If our team is kept waiting more than 20 minutes on arrival, a holding fee of S$30 may apply

  • Requests for next-day collection are not encouraged and are subject to availability and additional charges

  • Biodegradable cutlery, plates, bowls (if needed), and serving utensils provided

  • No setup required—just unpack and enjoy

Delivery & Collection

  • Deliveries are made between 8:00am and 8:00pm

  • Delivery is S$30 per location, waived for orders above S$600

  • A 15–30 minute delivery buffer helps us manage any unforeseen delays

  • Kindly arrange for someone to receive the delivery on-site

  • Deliveries outside standard hours may be subject to additional charges

  • If our team experiences a waiting time beyond 20 minutes, a S$30 fee may apply

  • Collection is not provided for mini buffet orders

Delivery & Collection

  • We’ll arrive 30–60 minutes before your first session to complete setup

  • A 15–30 minute timing buffer helps account for any delivery-day hiccups

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive us on-site

  • Collection will be scheduled based on your event programme

  • Additional charges may apply for delivery or collection outside our regular hours

  • If we’re held on-site for more than 20 minutes, a S$30 waiting fee may apply

  • Next-day collection requests are subject to availability and not encouraged

What’s Included

  • The Breakie Box (3 light bites) and Bento Lunch—served as a pair for half-day sessions or with an additional Breakie Box for full-day

  • Delivered in 2 (half-day) or 3 (full-day) drops, timed to your event schedule

  • All boxes come with individually packed cutlery, napkins, and labels

  • Thermal bags used for freshness and easy handout

  • Optional add-on: Coffee or tea in disposable dispensers at $30 each, complete with cups, stirrers, sugar, and creamer sachets

  • Delivery window is from 8:00am to 8:00pm

  • Full Day: S$100 (includes 3 drops), waived above S$2,000

  • Half Day: S$70 (includes 2 drops), waived above S$2,000

  • Each drop comes with a 15–30 minute buffer to help us stay on track

  • Do arrange for someone to be on-site to receive each delivery

  • Deliveries outside our regular hours may be subject to additional charges

  • If there are delays exceeding 20 minutes, a S$30 waiting fee may apply

  • Collection is not required, unless additional equipment was provided

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE

These apply only in special situations like harder-to-reach locations or timing outside our usual hours. If anything here applies to your order, we’ll let you know early so there are no surprises.

  • Sentosa & Jurong Island: +S$20

  • Central Zones (Robinson, Marina Square, Orchard, Bras Basah): +S$10

  • If we need to carry food or equipment up stairs, a surcharge of S$25 per level, per trip applies.

  • We recommend letting us know in advance if there’s no lift access at your venue.

Early Morning Deliveries:

  • 5:00am – 6:59am: +S$100

  • 7:00am – 7:59am: +S$50

Late Night Deliveries:

  • 8:00pm – 9:59pm: +S$80

  • 10:00pm – 11:59pm: +S$120

Late Night Collections:

  • 10:00pm – 11:59pm: +S$120

  • After midnight: subject to availability

To give our team enough time to prepare everything thoughtfully, we kindly ask for orders to be confirmed by:

  • Buffet & Seminar Catering: Please confirm your order at least 5 working days in advance

  • Mini Buffet & Bento Orders: Final confirmation required at least 3 working days in advance

  • We welcome final changes up to 2 working days before your event

  • For changes made after that, we’ll do our best to help, subject to availability

  • Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes that require extra prep, ingredients, or logistics

To secure your event, we ask for a simple two-step payment process. Nothing complicated, just a smooth experience so we can focus on serving you well.

  • A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation to secure your booking

  • The balance is due 3 working days before the event date

  • We accept Bank Transfer and PayNow (details will be provided on the invoice)

  • For corporate clients with special billing needs, just let us know and we’ll be happy to assist

  • All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are subject to prevailing GST

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to support you. Here’s what to expect if you need to cancel or postpone:

  • More than 7 working days’ notice: Full refund of any payments made

  • 4 to 7 working days’ notice: 50% refund of the total order amount

  • Less than 3 working days’ notice: No refund, as preparations would already be underway

  • For postponements:

    • We’re happy to hold your order for a future date

    • The new event date should be within 1 month of the original

    • Postponement is subject to availability

We’re happy to cater for a variety of dietary needs, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special diets are available on request

  • For allergy-related requests, we’ll take extra care, but please note that our kitchen handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment

We take food safety seriously, and all meals are prepared in an SFA-licensed kitchen. To ensure quality and safety, we recommend the following:

  • Hot food should be consumed within 3 hours if warmers are provided

  • For mini buffet and bento meals (without warmers), food should be consumed within 1 hour of delivery

  • Cold items are meant to be enjoyed soon after delivery, as they may not stay chilled throughout service

  • Food kept beyond these time frames should not be consumed, in line with food safety guidelines

  • If you're exploring options for food redistribution, feel free to speak with us before your event, we may be able to connect you with groups that can help, where appropriate

Just a few final things to keep in mind as we prepare your event:

  • We may photograph our setups from time to time, let us know if you’d prefer we don’t

  • Occasionally, we may make ingredient substitutions of similar value and quality if certain items are unavailable, we’ll inform you in advance whenever possible

  • Kindly help to ensure any equipment provided is returned in good condition, damaged or missing items may incur a replacement charge

  • If your venue has any access restrictions, loading bays, or special delivery instructions, please share them with us ahead of time so we can plan smoothly
